“Whatever you give is acceptable if you give it eagerly. And give according to what you have, not what you don’t have.” v.12 (NLT)
Giving is a testimony to the faith of a believer. How and where you spend your money reveals where your heart is. It’s often said, “Show me you check book and I will tell you where your heart is.” When we give, we are giving back to God for the advancement of His Kingdom on this earth. It allows the church to accomplish the task of reaching people for Christ, Baptizing new believers, Discipleing Committed Christ Followers, and Equipping the Church to lead. By giving, we help the church extend its ministry and influence in culture.
